About Us
Marc Ouimet - Knowledgeable Home Inspector
Marc began his adventures in construction 30 years ago and has dealt with nearly every aspect of building and remodeling. From building new houses to renovating homes nearly 200 years old, Marc has experience with all home systems from foundations to roofing and everything in between. When Marc performs your home inspection, you get more than a list of defects, you walk away with a better understanding of how your new home operates and tips for periodic maintenance and evaluation.

Home Inspections with Written Reports
A home inspection complete with a written report. This will give you detailed information about the condition of your home on the day of the inspection. Our report will give you a written record of your home's condition as well as photographs, with a focus on safety, condition, and functionality along with recommendations for repairs and routine maintenance.
Walk Through Home Inspections
This is a visual inspection without a written report or pictures. It is performed with you in attendance and is a verbal explanation of what the inspector identifies as areas of concern.
Pre-listing Inspections
Thinking about selling your home? We recommend a pre-listing inspection which will allow you to see your home through the eyes of a neutral 3rd party. We will alert you to issues that could potentially be used as a bargaining tool during a sale.
Maintenance Inspections
Don't wait until there is a problem! Many homeowners do not periodically inspect the major components of their homes. We can identify potential issues before they become serious.
Additional Services
We can also perform radon tests and water quality tests in addition to your standard home inspection.
